A non refundable 20% deposit is required to finalize and secure an appointment. I don’t consider an appointment booked before this step has taken place.
I accept deposits via CashApp, and Venmo, and will share the necessary information with you via email. Please leave the note section blank or use something innocuous like a food emoji or word I share with you that is safe to use.
FMTY bookings require a 50% deposit sent along with the travel fee. Please only send the amount I’ve requested, anything extra that is sent will be considered a tip and will not apply to the remaining balance.
Please be prepared to take care of the remaining balance in cash at the start of our appointment. I will accept electronic payment from well established clients only after we’ve discussed it prior to our appointment.
I understand that sometimes things arise in life that are beyond our control, and I will always do my best to be accommodating in these situations. In the unfortunate event that we need to reschedule our appointment you have a thirty day window to use your existing deposit for a new date.
If you’re able to give me 48 hours notice that you need to cancel our date your deposit will suffice as the cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours require 50% of the cancellation fee (my rate), and a cancellation within 24 hours requires 100% of the cancellation fee.
In the rare event that I have to cancel our date I will refund your entire deposit within 48 hours.
Dates that are 24 hours and longer do require at least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Note that I’m a light sleeper and if you’re a snorer, then I may request my own room. When I’m well rested I’m able to be at my best for the both of us.
Multi-day dates require my nightly rest as well as an hour of private time every day to allow for me to recharge.
All dates that are three hours or longer require at least an hour of social time outside of the room. That can look like us enjoying a snack and a cocktail or mocktails together, or sitting at a cafe with tea/coffee.
If being in public together is not an option then room service is an alternative.
Reasonable wardrobe requests will be considered on a case by case basis. I consider a “reasonable wardrobe request” to be an item that most women likely already own such as yoga pants, a black dress, etc.

Please be considerate, and have my rate in an unsealed envelope in plain sight. I’d really prefer to not have to remind you, as that makes for quite an awkward moment which is not the vibe we’re going for.
Please excuse yourself for a moment, so that I may check that everything is in order, and we can proceed further. This is an ideal moment for you to use the facilities to freshen up for me!
If we’re meeting in public, putting my rate in a card or gift bag is perfect. Bonus points for tucking it inside a book, especially if it’s a personal favorite of yours that you’d like to share with me.
I expect you to be respectful of me and my boundaries which I will communicate clearly to you, and I promise to show you the same respect.
Any attempts to negotiate my rates, cajole me into doing something I’m not comfortable with, or crossing my boundaries will result in an immediate termination of our time together without a refund.
I am kink friendly, but I do expect you to communicate any desires for such activities after I’ve confirmed your booking, but well before our meeting.
Springing something out of the ordinary on me during a first date is not the way to go, and I will likely not be able to accommodate your requests at that time.
